We are always happy to work with a bride and grooms budget, but the cost will ultimately depend on the style of wedding required. Getting married mid-week or out of season can save couples quite a lot of money, as suppliers tend to reduce their rates at this time. Our venue hire fee is considerably less for a weekday wedding - we also offer last minute all inclusive packages for weddings booked up to 3 months in advance.

By preparing a budget, that is, a list of intended expenditure for each item, you will be in a much better position to control and monitor your costs. most couples change their mind many times over exactly what they want and how much they are willing to allocate for any given item. By recording any changes on your budget, you will always be aware of the impact on the total cost and thereby giving you the oppurtunity to adjust your expenditure levels accordingly.
The easiest way to calculate the cost of a reception is to break down the cost per person. Take into account menu costs and drinks, and then multiply that cost by the number of guests, and add to the venue hire fee.
