Mrs Temples Blue Binham
Produced from the British Holstein herd, near Wells-next-the-Sea. It is a soft veined, tangy and creamy blue cheese with the texture of Gorgonzola and made from pasteurised milk

Hawkston Cheese
From Baylham, Suffolk, this is an unpasteurised cheese which takes 3-5 months to mature. It has a crumbly texture

Oxford Isis
A British award-winning cheese. This is a honey mead washed full fat soft cheese

Norfolk Mardler
A hard pasteurised goat's milk cheese from Fieldings Cottage, Little Ellingham

All the above are served with celery, grapes and a selection of wheat wafers
